2 · Data collected through the contact form

When you submit the contact form we process the data you provide — name, email address, studio/company, role, the type of service you are interested in and your message — for the sole purpose of replying to your request and preparing a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention: contact-form data is kept for a maximum of 51 months, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required to comply with legal obligations or to manage an ongoing business relationship.

3 · Technical & navigation data

To understand how the contact form is reached, the site stores a small amount of first-party information in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of your visit only: the landing page, the referring source and the time spent on the site. When you send the form this context is included in the notification email, together with an approximate location (country/region/city) derived server-side from your IP address by our hosting provider. This information is not used to identify you individually and is not shared for advertising.

4 · Cookies & analytics

This site does not use profiling or advertising cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to measure aggregate traffic and performance. These scripts are loaded only after you accept via the cookie banner.

Your choice (accept or reject) is saved in your browser's localStorage under the key la_cookie_consent; it is a technical preference, not a tracking cookie. You can change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. If you reject, no analytics script is loaded.

5 · Third-party providers

We rely on the following providers, acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting, CDN and cookieless analytics.
• Resend — delivery of the contact-form notification email.

6 · Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing and to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
