The project for this new residential building in Locarno inserts itself with elegance and discretion into the prestigious urban fabric adjacent to the historic Grand Hotel. The intervention is conceived as a sculptural, contemporary volume that dialogues with the architectural memory of the place through a language of restrained refinement. The interiors are characterised by an exceptional spatial fluidity, where generous open-plan living areas open onto loggia terraces that offer privileged views of the surrounding landscape. The material palette is committed to excellence: long-plank light wood flooring, natural stone cladding in neutral tones and reflective surfaces that amplify the natural light. Each residential unit is designed to guarantee maximum privacy and state-of-the-art technological comfort, integrating invisible home-automation systems and custom-made furniture of essential design. The chromatic harmony of warm greys and taupe creates an atmosphere of luxurious calm, making this residence a modern extension of the international prestige that has always characterised the Grand Hotel area, defining a new standard of exclusive living in the Canton of Ticino.
